We mainly adopt standard 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, which features high hardness, anti-rust, stable size and easy surface treatment, ideal for indoor cabinet and furniture use.

Multiple options for your selection: matte anodizing, bright polishing, sand blasting, powder coating, wood grain transfer, gunmetal brushed, matte black, white spray coating etc. We can provide finish sample swatches for confirmation.

Our anodized and powder coated goods pass strict salt spray test, suitable for kitchen, bathroom and damp indoor environment, not easy to oxidize or fade.

All raw materials are formaldehyde-free and non-toxic, complying with EU indoor furniture standards, safe for household furniture.

Yes, full customization service is supported. We can produce non-standard sizes, special hole spacing, unique shapes according to your design requirements.

Logo laser engraving is available on handles, furniture legs and ventilation grilles for free for bulk orders. Embossed logo is also acceptable with customized mold.

We support PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP files. You can send design drawings or physical samples to us for accurate quotation and production.

We can open new extrusion molds for your unique designs. The mold cost can be refunded once your bulk order quantity reaches the agreed target.

Mixed loading of handles, ventilation grilles and furniture legs is acceptable to meet your one-stop purchasing demand.

For regular in-stock handles and ventilation grilles, MOQ is small; for fully customized items with new molds, the MOQ will be adjusted based on mold cost and production cost, our sales will inform you clearly.

Yes, we provide pre-production samples for your quality and finish confirmation. Standard samples are available quickly.

The sample cost and courier freight can be deducted from your first formal bulk order.

Standard stock samples take 1-3 working days; customized samples with special size or surface treatment need 5-7 working days.

Standard in-stock products: 7-10 working days; OEM customized orders without new molds: 12-18 working days; orders with new extrusion molds: 20-30 working days based on mold schedule.

Our monthly output of aluminum extruded hardware reaches more than 30 tons, enough to support large wholesale and brand customers’ stable orders.

We can arrange priority production for urgent orders, please communicate your required delivery date with sales team in advance for schedule coordination.

Our factory has ISO 9001 quality management system certification. We can provide material test reports, salt spray test reports, surface finish inspection reports for your customs clearance.

Our aluminum hardware meets REACH standard, no harmful heavy metal substance, meets the import requirements of most European, American and Southeast Asian countries.

We carry out raw material inspection, semi-finished product size testing, surface appearance inspection, finished product full check and packing inspection before shipment to reduce defective rate.

Third-party inspection is fully supported, you can appoint inspection company to check goods quantity and quality in our warehouse.

Each product is wrapped with protective pearl cotton, packed into export cartons; large bulk orders use wooden frames for reinforcement to prevent extrusion and scratch during sea transportation.

We support sea freight for large bulk orders, air freight for urgent goods, and international express for small sample parcels. We can cooperate with your designated forwarder.

Our products are widely exported to Europe, North America, Australia, Southeast Asia and Middle East, serving furniture factories, cabinet brands and hardware distributors worldwide.

We can offer DDP door-to-door quotation according to your destination country, including customs clearance and local delivery cost.

We accept T/T wire transfer as main payment term: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. Other negotiable terms can be discussed for long-term big clients.

If defective goods caused by our production appear, please provide photos or video evidence within 7 days after receiving cargo. We will arrange re-production, replacement or compensation solutions as agreed in the contract.
